Who Is Eligible for
CPI Benefits?
Good news! If you're a full-time CPI team member, working 30+ hours per week, you're eligible for benefits! We want to make sure your family is secure, which is why your dependents are eligible too.
Eligible Dependents Include:
- ◈Your legal spouse or domestic partner
- ◈Your children up to age 26
- ◈Children unable to care for themselves due to disability
Benefits begin on the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
Enrolling &
Making Changes
During enrollment, you can create a custom mix of benefits that fit you and your family. The coverage you choose is in effect through the end of the plan year (December 31). Keep an eye on these three main milestones:
Within 30 Days of Eligibility
If you're newly eligible, this is your first chance to choose coverage! Make sure to log in and select plans within your first 30 days.
During Annual Open Enrollment
It happens once a year! Explore new plan selections, customize your options, and confirm details. Your coverage begins January 1.
Within 30 Days of a Qualifying Life Event
Had a major life change? Your benefit coverage can change, too! You have a 30-day window following the event to update your elections.

Qualifying Life Events:
Mid-Year Changes
Got married? Had a baby? Lost other coverage? These are Qualifying Life Events (QLEs) and they may allow you to update your benefits outside of open enrollment.
But act fast! You have 30 days from the event (60 days for the birth of a child) to make changes. Log in to EASE to request a change.
